The boilers can be easily adjusted to other type of fuel through the exchange of the burner (for gas burner), at present there are Weishaupt mazut burners. All is complemented by a chimney system – 2 layer channels, isolated with stainless steel, 90 cm in diameter and 16m in height. The boiler served (with large power reserves as the second boiler was really spare) about 1 ha of greenhouses and other mentioned buildings. There is a possibility of purchasing boiler fixtures for 500 000 PLN. The property is also equipped with its own power generation aggregate of 50 KW. Connection to electrical network through own transformator. The property is connected to water mains and sewage system and it has two drilled wells of large capacity.
